Meet the Founder
Carmen Emilia Marrero is an educator, educational consultant, curriculum developer, and school leader with more than 15 years of experience in education.
Her professional experience spans general education, special education, bilingual education, early intervention, home instruction, SETSS, and school leadership. She has served students in a variety of instructional settings and understands the academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and transitional needs of diverse learners.
Carmen holds graduate degrees in Bilingual Special Education and School Building and District Leadership. Her work is grounded in educational equity, inclusive practices, data-informed decision-making, and preparing students for meaningful lives beyond the classroom.
